CEO
Holly is the CEO of Change8 and owner/director of a successful IFS recruitment consultancy. She has worked in the IFS industry for more than 15 years and has previously held senior roles in two IFS partners.
Jonathan Allen
Managing Director
Jon has 30 years of experience in IT and business systems, including 18 years of implementing IFS for manufacturing, construction, and food & beverage companies.
Rohana Nagodavithana
Technical Director
Rohana has extensive IFS knowledge spanning more than 25 years. This includes senior roles in IFS R&D and IFS support services. He now leads Change8’s technical capabilities in the UK and Sri Lanka.
David Caldicott
Service Delivery Director
David is an IT service professional skilled in utilising ITIL methodology to build high-performing teams and processes that deliver IT support. He has 25 years of experience across multiple industries.
